The live theatrical version of “Carrie, the Musical’, based on the Stephen King Novel and subsequent film, will open at Theatre 29 with a gala fundraiser benefitting the Copper Mountain College Foundation.
Fresh from Broadway, “Carrie, the Musical” will make its Inland Empire Debut at Theatre 29 at 7:00 pm Friday, October 5, 2018, with a themed Gala opening evening that invites you to dress for the prom.
The musical tells the tale of a young teen with telekinetic powers, her fervently religious mother and a brood of bullying high school students. As the cast of talented teens take the stage you’ll be in for a bloody good night of theatre fun.
Your $25.00 ticket includes pre-show heavy hor’s douvres and soft drinks beginning at 6 p.m. along with silent auction bidding prior to the show with a 7 p.m. curtain, intermission sweets and fun prizes for the “Best Dressed” prom attire, plus one free raffle ticket! Proceeds benefit the students, programs and facilities at CMC including their latest endeavor to ensure students attending class are well fed.
Gala tickets for the opening night Gala only are available at the Z107.7 studios and the Foundation Office in the 300 Quad of the Copper Mountain campus. Due to adult language, adult situations and simulated violence, PARENTAL GUIDANCE IS ADVISED.
