President's message Dear Membership,
Before we talk about all the things happening at the Chamber this month, let's give a big welcome to our newest members, I Candy Website and Design and Joni Daniel Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator. This year we are going to do our best to try to get our membership to its highest levels possible. We have a great resource in Bob Whitt as head of our membership Committee.
As a result of our Yearly Strategy meeting, we have redesigned our committee structure. The Board of Directors has instituted a new Merchant Program Committee. This committee will be headed up by Maggie Chaffer who is currently the Vice President of the Twentynine Palms Chamber of Commerce. Maggie will be meeting with many of you on ideas that you feel need to be addressed by the Chamber in the upcoming year. Maggie is great for this committee. As next year's President Maggie will be fully aware of issues coming into her Presidency. If you have interest in serving on the Merchant Program Committee, call the chamber office to sign up.
