Installation Dinner A Big Hit!
On Saturday, June 19th, residents and business owners of Twentynine Palms, as well as surrounding communities, came together to celebrate those who have gone above and beyond to support our great city, along with the Twentynine Palms Chamber of Commerce's hard-working Board of Directors.
The evening was filled with laughter and smiles. Over 70 people attended the Installation Dinner catered by The Mango Hut and Palm Kabob House, local Twentynine Palms restaurants and Chamber members. As expected, outgoing Board of Directors President Gary Daigneault was unanimously voted "off of the island", keeping with the evening's theme.
Incoming President Gary DeMaroney of Copper Mountain Broadcasting took the reigns from Daigneault, and is looking forward to a productive and successful year.
Representatives from the San Bernardino Sheriff's Department and Supervisor Brad Mitzelfelt's office, as well as Twentynine Palms Mayor Steve Flock and City Councilmen Joel Klink and John Cole were all in attendance for the dinner.
