We are fortunate to live and work in this wonderful community: home of the Marine Air Ground Combat Center, the training ground for the "best fighting force in the world“ and also the gateway to the magnificent Joshua Tree National Park. Our sky is known for the most beautiful sunrises and stunning sunsets. We are sure this is just the beginning of your lasting relationship with this beautiful desert community we call “home”.

President's Message (from the Chamber newsletter)

The new face of the Twentynine Palms Chamber of Commerce, visitor friendly, accessible 7 days a week!.

Your Chamber of Commerce continues is remarkable resurgence with significant improvements to how, where, and when we do business. Effective immediately the Chamber office in downtown 29 Palms is now open 7 days a week!. The Board of Directors feels very strongly that the visitors to our unique, history-rich community be able to put a "face" on the city.

With our downtown office open every day, visitors can stop in at the Visitor's Center, have a Chamber staffer or docent explain to them the wide variety of experiences we offer, give maps, brochures, and information to help them find local restaurants, attractions, retail and services.

We have signed a lease with the City for our office and Visitor's Center, directly across the street from our present offices. Partnering with the City of Twentynine Palms, we will develop enhanced display information on the Joshua Tree National Park, Twentynine Palm Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center and More area attractions. 

That will give us a stronger downtown presence, directly next to Bucklin Park, which includes expanded display and retail areas for visitors.  I would like to thank the City for their support and encouragement  as we go though this growth spurt.

The tourist season is upon us, and as always, I urge you to be friendly and welcoming to our visitors..they have travelled a long way to come to Twentynine Palms. In addition to their impressions of our beautiful vistas, clean fresh air, and magnificent sunsets, let's leave them with an impression of a "friendly city" by treating them well. Exceed their expectations and they will be back.  We have a lot to be proud of, lets do some bragging!
